• Unused and unworn

• Unwashed and in original condition

To help us process your request smoothly, we require a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and highlighting the issue. This helps us verify concerns fairly.

All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team after inspection.

Important Points to Note

• Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

• Duties, taxes, or international transaction charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• Kreshva is not responsible for customs duties or additional charges on return shipments.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, and the issue is verified, we will initiate the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Made-to-order or customized pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
